Fixing Nvidia flickering in Ubuntu

I suddenly got tired about Nvidia flickering, so I googled for a while and I found a workaround that disables PowerMizer. PowerMizer changes GPU clock speed on demand, causing a flicker every time it changes. The workaround consists on fixing the clock speed.

Here is my /etc/modprobe.d/options

options nvidia NVreg_RegistryDwords='PerfLevelSrc=0x2222'
options nvidia NVreg_Mobile=1

Fixed on Vaio VGN-FE11S with Ubuntu 10.04 and NVidia driver 195.36.15

I hope some day Nvidia releases a fixed driver.
